Restaurant Manager – NEW FAST CASUAL RESTAURANT

Position Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all day-to- day functions of therestaurant. He/she always looks to improve to achieve the highest standards in the customer experience, employee experience, and financial goals. The Manager should be passionate about the food service industry, and seeks to motivate a team to extend the same passion to our guests. Job responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising and training front and back of house teammembers, overseeing the quality of our food offerings, scheduling, and inventory control.

Job Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of basic business fundamentals including full understanding of P&L and COGS statements

• Ensuring all productivity numbers, budgets, and sales are met• Build and motivate crew members by example, exemplifying the core values, passion, and culture of PokeWorks

• Applying financial tools and analyzing financial reports to identify trends as well as addressing issues instore performance

• Ensure positive customer experiences• Lead, train, coach, and counsel team members

• Maintaining knowledge of surrounding competitive market place for store development, marketing,and community outreach purposes

• Maintaining direct communications with local vendors

• Resolve guest issues effectively to ensure positive guest experience

• Prepare appropriate weekly staff schedules based on projected business volume

• Ensure high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Pokeworks’ requirements and procedures

• Ensure all operating activities follow company standards and procedures

• Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines

• Ensure the safety of guests and team members

Job Requirements:

• Sound decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts

• Ability to adapt successfully in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills including the ability to browse the Internet, use email, and Microsoft Office applications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred

• Must be able to work an average of 50-60 hours per week

Pay:DOE – $45,000 to $47,500
