The role of Sr. Manager, Planning and Revenue plays a key role in support of Bell Mobility’s performance and business objectives across a wide range of leading products. The successful candidate will participate in a number of critical areas including but not limited to: long and medium term strategic planning of Products & Services, market and industry analysis, cross business unit product assessments, deliver key product insights, plan and optimize capital and operating expenditures, forecasting of products, revenue management by product category and settlement with partners and lending expertise in support of opportunity assessments for strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Products and Services as well as all the Product Groups. At Bell Mobility, you will have opportunities to build and grow the business in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Responsibilities include;Work closely with Sr Management to help build the 3-5 year plan for Bell Mobility as well as the work with the other Business Units at BellDevelop and manage revenue, capital and opex budgets, plan updates, results and analysis across the teamManage regular partner settlement requirements and reduce effort / increase efficiency of the program while planning for and accommodating increased business in emerging growth areasAnalysis of the product P&L and the operations, jointly with Product ManagersActive role in APRU planning, HON analysis and cost analysis by product line and segmentsHelp create tools for Product Management organization to be self sufficient for the Product anlaysis and validate accuracy of the informationManage the product and services calendar to deliver key planning documents & presentations as well as developing and communicating product plans & business cases or opportunity assessments to key stakeholdersWorking with product managers across the Product & Services team to co-ordinate & lead the development of new product insights and reporting capabilities across 3 primary focus areas; subscriber activity, product usage and product financials. Requirements, Skills and AbilitiesA University degree in business, or financial discipline with 5-8 years of previous related experience.The incumbent will bring Financial and forecasting skills, Planning, Product Development &/or Project Management experience in the Telecommunications or Technology industries including superior analytical skills, solid business acumen, strong customer focus and experience in working with external partners.It is also expected that this individual has a good understanding of wireless data solutions including networks, applications, and mobile devices or other hardware.
