Job Description

Chase Hospitality Group is looking for a Human Resource Manager to maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources programming by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Human Resources Manager Job Duties:

  • Maintains the company structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
  • Oversees a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Provides ongoing opportunities for employee development
  • Create opportunities for employee engagement and increased satisfaction in the workplace
  • Oversees Health and Safety program including adherence to Legislative and WSIB requirements
  • Assists in the administration of employee compensation and benefits administration
  • Assists in the implementation and facilitation of charitable giving and community involvement programming
