The candidate will have 3+ years of exp. managing a high-volume restaurant; have an in-depth knowledge of the Toronto restaurant scene, excellent ability to handle high profile customers under pressure and an extremely high level of professionalism.

The candidate assists the General Manager with all facets of the restaurant. S/he must maintain and control a high level of exceptional guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff.
