Job Description

Responsible for the development and achievement of the store business goals (i.e. sales and profitability targets, customer satisfaction & Food, Service, Cleanliness (FSC) levels); training/development, motivation and morale of store team; store’s adherence to the organization’s operating systems and standards and compliance to all government and legal (law) requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
FSC Target Achievement

• Define Customer Satisfaction Survey Result Targets, FSC targets and QSR levels.

• Ensure achievement of FSC targets.
Oversees Store Crisis Management and Media Handling
Profit Target Achievement

• Prepare Store Profit & Loss (P&L) Budget

• Define and achieve P&L targets.
• Define cost management and productivity improvement strategies for cost areas not directly supervised by ARM/s.

• Handle store business reviews and continuously seeks ways to improve P&L results.
People Management & Development

• Achieve Management Team Effectiveness
Operational Administration

• Ensure store adherence to organization’s operating systems, policies, procedures and standards, i.e. Security, Safety, Office and other reportorial and administrative requirements.

Education and Experience

• At least College Degree or related courses in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing quick service restaurant/establishment, food manufacturing business, and managing people or teams preferably in food industries.

It is the largest fast food chain in the country with international locations in Brunei, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States. The fast food chain plans to open branches in Canada, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan. Likewise, Jollibee is open to plans to open a branch in Europe due to popular demand.

Overseas, Jollibee opened 93 stores, led by Yonghe King in China (70) and Jollibee Vietnam (11). In 2013, Jollibee opened its first store in Virginia Beach, Virginia as well as in Houston, Texas. Both locations were chosen for their strong Filipino presence.

The restaurant plans to expand to Toronto in Canada, Malaysia and Indonesia. It also plans to expand throughout the Southern United States such as Atlanta, Charlotte, and Dallas, and Midwestern United States starting with Chicago. Currently, aside from its flagship brand Jollibee, the group’s other brands and acquisitions are Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, Yonghe King (China) and Hong Zhuang Yuan (China), as well as a majority stake in the firm that controls the Burger King franchise in the Philippines.

In October 2015, Jollibee announced that it has acquired a 40-percent stake in Smashburger in a deal that values the American fast-casual burger chain at $335 million.
