You will be responsible to perform all tasks related to food and beverage service in an efficient and professional manner. This includes service in the restaurant and on the gaming floor, where you must serve patrons efficiently and accurately in accordance to Internal Control Manual policies and procedures while maintaining the cleanliness (removal of dirty dishes, empty glasses, etc.) of your section. You must adhere to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and other applicable municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.

The successful candidates will possess:

  • A High School diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.
  • Experience in related field of one (1) or more years. The ability to work and excel in a fast paced large volume business.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
  • Previous restaurant experience in a casino environment would be considered an asset.
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends and shift work.
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
