Title of Position: District Sales Coordinator

You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties that will play an integral role in supporting our sales district throughout Central and Northern Alberta in markets such as Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray and Lloydminster). You will also help support our wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories and district management in these areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing human resource tasks such as new job postings, HR transactions, performance appraisal processing, attendance, etc.
  • Monitoring financial/operating reports and training data
  • Processing expense reports
  • Providing support to the District for special sales promotions’
  • Ensuring that the daily office functions are handled in an efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
  • Very solid customer service skills
  • Great computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone
  • Previous experience in an office environment, or in a sales or customer service position.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both with and without supervision
  • Being extremely organized and being able to effectively manage your time.
