General Manager – Premium Casual Concept (Abbotsford location)

$55,000

– $60,000 salary based on experience + Competitive Quarterly Bonus Plan + Full Benefits + Wardrobe allowance +various other perks

Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly, making sure the guest is the number one priority. The General Manager must exercise knowledge of all restaurant operations, manage staff resources, mentor, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards. The General Manager understands the profit and loss statement and helps create action plans for opportunity areas as well as ensures the overall food quality and handling, safety, security, service, and cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years full-service high volume General Manager/ Restaurant Management experience (corporate concepts a plus)
  • Leader on the floor
  • Thorough understanding of financials/accounting
  • Passion for people, Hospitality, Culinary & Beverage excellence, and having fun
  • Ability to unify a team in a high volume, high energy environment
