Sous Chef – Culinary-Leader

We are a scratch kitchen offering a contemporary menu with French, Italian and Asian influences and take pride on offering the freshest and local ingredients.

Our twist on dishes along with our upscale upbeat environment have made us the place to be for business lunch, night out with friends or special occasion dinner. Our Sous Chef will work directly with our Executive Chef and be part of the culinary direction of our growing company. The right candidate will have a background managing culinary systems, procedures and have high standards with regards to cleanliness and food safety.

Job Description: As our Sous Chef you will be responsible for leading the culinary personnel and maintaining a professional and organized kitchen. Ensuring excellent food quality and preparation will be a priority as the Sous Chef. If there are occasions when the Executive Chef is unable to work, the Sous Chef assumes all duties normally designated by the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will assist in selecting, training and coaching of the culinary staff. Will work closely with the Executive Chef and become familiar with administrative duties and cost control practices to expand knowledge and the ability to grow your career.
