Avidbots: Training Deployment Specialist (Bilingual / Traveling / Contract / Night Shift)


This is a Full-time position in Kitchener, ON posted November 16, 2021.

We are looking to engage active Associates across Canada to deploy our new robots and train client teams throughout multiple customer facilities.This is a contract opportunity lasting 13 weeks with potential to join Avidbots full-time as well as receiving a competitive completion bonus.

How you will make a differencePerform product deployments including robot setup and training of customer staff.Present training materials to customers and teach them to use all aspects of the robot and management website.Provide detailed and organized information/documentation about each deployment on customer sites.Create and update documents, procedures, and processes.

Minimum qualificationsBilingual in FrenchProfessional experience in adult training, adult education, or similar rolesProfessional experience in a customer facing roleTravel within Canada on a regular basis (75%+)Work non-traditional shifts during deployment per customer requirementsAble to lift 65 lbs when neededHolds a valid driver’s licenseSuccessfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search Preferred qualifications and key skills2+ years of experience in adult training, adult education, or similar rolesAbility to develop great relationships using effective communication skills and present operational materials to individuals and small groupsAbility to write detailed reports and provide organized information/documentsExperience working with robots or technologyHold a valid passport ***Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada for any employerAvidbots is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce.
