About You Ollie Order is looking for a new Business Development Representative All-Star.

An ideal candidate will be ambitious, energetic, and passionate about a career in professional sales.

This position has the potential to be a stepping-stone to a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager role here at Ollie.

You will be engaged daily in proactive outbound lead generation and prospect development.

You will work hand in hand with a sales manager/team that is skilled in the processes, techniques, and latest tools used in outbound/account-based selling.

Your role has a direct impact on our company’s success by providing prospective prospects with high-value information about the benefits of our software and, as a result, book qualified appointments for product demonstrations with our Sales Executives.

About Ollie Ollie Order is making a difference for craft beverage manufacturers.

We’re “arming the rebels” enabling your favourite craft breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cideries to market and sell their products.

We currently have over 170 clients and more joining every month.

Ollie Order provides omnichannel selling tools for craft alcohol manufacturers and consumers.

Imagine crossing Square Payments, Shopify Store, and Amazon Marketplace.

Craft brands use Ollie to manage orders, payments, inventory, reporting, and so much more it’s truly an integral system for the success of our clients business and we take that responsibility seriously We love knowing that our product enables our clients to grow their business and focus on what they love to do most, make great products and interact with their customers, not be stuck on busy work with little return such as duplicate data entry into multiple systems.

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative that can consistently cultivate and create highly relevant, qualified, sales opportunities for the closing team.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.

Requirements Ideal candidate to have 2 years of business development experience (preferably with a SaaS model).

Proven experience meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.

Understands customer-centric prospecting and qualifying techniques with a focus on mutual business fit, research and consultative discussions.

An appreciation for the sales process and how the BDR functions complement and integrate with marketing and sales initiatives.

Represents Ollie with integrity in all interactions.

Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin Navigator, and other database research applications.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Ability to work well with a team or individually.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a benefit.

Open to a few days of in-office attendance to work directly with the sales manager is a benefit (Vancouver).

Key Responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets that meet the defined lead criteria.

Research geographic markets and industry sources to identify and target companies that fit our customer profiles.

Contact new potential customers via cold calling, email, video email, and social outreach to coordinating meetings with qualified prospects.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in the CRM daily.

Report on activity and performance metrics.

Proactively expand your product and industry knowledge to maximize your insight and value to prospects.

Ensure all activities and communications provide high value content and education about our product benefits and services.

Use strong selling and influencing skills that overcome objections and nurture relationships.

Complete recommended call and email activities daily to achieve the required number of qualified appointments for product demonstrations each month.

Use consistent automated follow up processes for both new and aged leads.

Work closely with other sales team members to discover new opportunities.

Benefits A competitive compensation package (basevariable pay) ranging from $40,000-$65,000 4 weeks of annual vacation.
