Our Montreal branch is looking for a dynamic travel expert to join our international team for a challenging and rewarding role as Corporate Travel Advisor.

Surrounded by a variety of stores and restaurants, our office is conveniently located near Du College metro and easily accessible by car – with free parking.

Who you are As the Corporate Travel Advisor, your principle tasks will consist of supporting and advising our clients with their business travels as well as optimizing everyday operations in sales and bookings.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Welcome, inform, and advise our clients in both French and English
– Identify if the client is not satisfied, take required action and/or refer to the Vice President of Operations, Account Manager or the Service Director
– Offer the appropriate products and services
– Book travel in a professional manner
– Apply the list of preferred suppliers
– Manage both individual and group bookings
– Evaluate and price business trip requests
– Confirm that all reservations follow the clients’ company travel policy
– Oversee the quality of each client file
– Easily solve problems if they arise
– Offer a professional and courteous service to our suppliers
– Keep informed of all reports and information relative to everyday operations and tasks in order to ensure our clients have access to the right discount rates as well as know the products/services offered by our suppliers
– When required, do necessary after-hours service follow ups Requirements:
– College diploma in tourism or equivalent professional experience
– Knowledge of Sabre reservation system
– Excellent aptitude for resolving problems
– Dynamic, innovative, and motivated
– Bilingual (French-English), with an excellent capacity of communication both written and spoken
– Tolerant to stress We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
