WORK YOU’LL DO Under the supervision of the Marketing & ECommerce Director, the Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for the strategic development of the marketing and positioning of the company’s products with its customers, in social networks and on multiple online platforms.

Focused on results, this person thrives on marketing and multi-channel campaigns creating measurable impact for the company.

He/She will be responsible for advising and developing acquisition marketing strategies and for deploying (along with other team members) the tactics that result from the strategic recommendations.

● Identify the business objectives of the company and propose digital marketing communication strategies that meet the needs;
● Analyze the tools and digital performance of the company, its competition as well as its industry in order to identify digital marketing communication opportunities;
● Write digital marketing communication action plans, including recommendations for campaigns, tools, web optimization, calendars for clients in various business environments (B2B or B2C);
● Produce specifications for various web redesign projects, depending on the reality of the business in question, while respecting the industry’s best marketing practices in terms of user experience;
● Make UX recommendations and produce “wireframes” for websites and / or emails;
● Identify and track performance metrics from multiple marketing channels;
● Support leaders in the development of online business and suggest avenues for developing new communication channels;
● Monitor the performance of active campaigns, together with SEM specialists, and suggest areas for improvement WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field;
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital strategy;
● In-depth knowledge of performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.);
● Knowledge of SEO;
● Understanding of different performance indicators and return on investment;
● Able to work under pressure and meet prescribed deadlines;
● Great sense of autonomy and proactive;
● Excellent ability to manage several projects at the same time;
● Be detail-oriented and rigorous;
● Have an analytical and results-oriented mind;
● Familiarize with; ROI, SEA, SEO, CRM, CMS, CTR, CPM, ROAS and CPC;
● Having expertise in UX will be considered a serious asset;
● Any other hidden talent that can grow the company will be considered.
