In addition, you will be eligible for some amazing perks!We are currently searching for an experienced Dishwasher to join our team, located in Richmond BC.

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Steward, Culinary and will be an integral part of our Culinary team.

The main responsibilities for this role will be:The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Organizing, rinsing, spraying and loading dishes/cutlery into dishwasher or washing by hand as requiredChecking completed load for cleanliness and re-washing if necessaryReporting any malfunctions, breakage or discrepancies to the supervisorStoring all clean items in the appropriate areaSorting and removing garbage and recyclingCleaning all general kitchen areas including floors, counters and workspacesAssisting with the receipt of goods into the work area and stocking shelvesPreparing some food products as requestedLiaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsDeveloping and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and employees)Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforming other duties as assigned or directed other duties as requiredQualifications and Experience:Available to work up to 40 hours per week in a variety of shifts including evenings, graveyards and weekends as we operate 24 hours per day, seven days a weekHigh School DiplomaAbility to successfully obtain a Criminal Record CheckAbility to communicate effectively with internal departments through timely, effective and service oriented communicationLive GCC’s Values on the job: Integrity, Team Engagement, Drive to Succeed, Service Excellence, and CitizenshipA commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guestsA willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional developmentA passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellenceAs we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends and holidays, up to 40 hours a week.
