Housekeeper

Ptarmigan Inn Hotels Ltd is Hay River’s premier full service hotel conveniently located in the downtown area. We feature 3 large boardrooms along with full service catering, and onsite gym, Fitness4All. As well, we offer a many dining options, Keys Dining and Doghouse Pub right in the hotel, and Back Eddy Lounge & Grill just down the road.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel, including gym and dining locations
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
• Flexible schedule
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Criminal Record Check required
