About the role The role of the Travel Sales Consultantis an exciting one.

You will be the first contact our guest will have with us, and from that point you will get to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with them.

· Establishing the connection with prospective guests who are interested in our company and our tours
· Investing the time and energy to develop pro-active, long-term relationships with existing guests
· Helping guests select, reserve and plan their next tour with Journeys
· Keep in touch with reserved guests until they depart for their tour to ensure they have everything they need, and upon their return to make sure that their tour lived up to and exceeds their expectations
· Participate to occasional in-person or virtual travel events to promote our Journeys as well as get to know our guests
· Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
· Constantly improve our sales process and tools so we can be better serving our guests and be more efficient
· Be positive and encouraging to continually enhance the team experience Who are we looking for

· Ability to overcome challenges efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted, positive guest experiences
· Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
· Multitasking skillset to manage multiple guest reservations at the same time
· Experience in sales or customer service an asset
