Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Leasing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing leasing activities and developing, implementing, and supervising successful marketing and advertising initiatives in the Montreal area and several other locations in the Maritimes, Kingston, Ontario, and Quebec. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of the real estate market. The total area of commercial space is 2.5 million square feet.

Location: Montreal, QC, at the Tidan building (666 Sherbrooke West, near McGill metro station) with occasional travel to the Maritimes, Kingston, Ontario, and various other regions of Quebec. The position is 100% in-person.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise leasing activities in Montreal, the Maritimes, Kingston in Ontario, and Quebec
• Collaborate with property managers in assigned locations
• Report directly to owners and work closely with the management team
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize real estate revenue
• Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and owners
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing commercial real estate and property management
• Proven track record of successful leasing and management of real estate
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to the Maritimes, Ontario, and Quebec
• Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) to work in Quebec and English-speaking provinces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
