This is an inside sales role so if you don’t like spending your days on the phone, this is probably not the right role for you.A sales role like no other…Most sales jobs come with piles of tedious administrative work and post-sale client handholding.

Not to mention the constant need to prospect your leads.

At Quartet Service, our streamlined sales process takes all those annoyances out of your hands.

We have a research and promotions team to generate a list of prospects.

We have a client service and account management teams to coordinate everything that comes after the sale.

All you have to do is use your sales skills to book Briefings and follow up on opportunitiesYour primary focus will be to use your sales skills to take charge of our sales pipeline and win new accounts and projects for our IT solutions.

On any given day you will:Book business development appointments and Executive Briefings for our Business Development Executive that demonstrate how our products and solutions are efficient and cost-effective.Manage the sales pipeline.

You’ll manage flow of transactions from opportunity to close, follow up on quotes, and pursue signed agreements.Record phone calls and meeting data.

You’ll need to keep our CRM up-to-date with your call results to assist opportunity management and reporting.Report at sales meetings.

You’ll regularly update the management team on the performance of the overall sales function as well as the status of discrete opportunities.What we’re looking for…You’ll be sharp as a tack.

You’ll be comfortable speaking with executive prospects over the phone.Most of all, you’ll have that knack for getting people to say yes to a Briefing.This isn’t a role to research prospective clients, conduct copious amounts of industry research, schedule meetings, and wrap unnecessary activities under the guise of “sales.” Our salespeople like to sell, and they have fun doing it.You’ll have 1-2 years of experience selling B2B IT services.

Interpreting what a prospect is thinking and feeling is just second nature to you.

You’ll be adept at engaging prospects in detailed conversations about the pros and cons of our business processes and services guiding them through the ROI.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills—there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.You’re organized, pro-active and understand sales and marketing concepts.

Since you will work closely with our executive team, your feedback will be helpful in tailoring our offers to clients.
