Job description:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Accommodation Manager must ensure the proper functioning of reception operations by ensuring compliance with the standards established by the company. He must ensure that the reception is courteous and personalized. In addition, he must also perform all other related tasks assigned by his superior.

· Establish, apply and enforce reception and company policies and procedures;Establish occupancy forecasts for the purpose of scheduling employees;Have an active participation in the offer and planning of hotel services (communicate promotions, packages, procedures and specificities of the service);Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service delivery, manage and address customer complaints as needed;Adopt an effective work organization in order to increase: the quality of customer service, the profitability of the service and the skills of the workforce;Optimize the use of software related to the reception service;· Manage the human resources of his department (hiring, performance evaluation, conflict management, etc.);· Ensure the continuous training of staff;Work in coordination with the other departments of the establishment;

Education :
DEC (Diploma of college studies in hotel management)
