Team Lead Customer Service

Electronic Coating Technologies

We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Team Lead
– Customer Service.

Based out of our Mississauga location, you will be the primary point of contact for ECT customers and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

You will Act as core liaison between the customer and internal parties to ensure all customer matters are addressed in a timely manner providing updates to our customers Be the point of contact for general sales inquiries via email or phone and address directly or redirect to appropriate internal contact person.

Provide order confirmations and send updated shipping schedule to production Receive and review accuracy of customer orders, purchase orders and enter into ERP
– JD Edwards (E1) Manage all labelling and packing slips for shipping requirements Prepare invoice, post invoices (portal) and finalize arrangements for customer.

Support customer shipping, forecast and demand through their portals Develop KPI reports
– Track on time delivery, customer complaints, internal freight billing on a monthly basis Provide customer resolution real time and through assessing customer compliant log Ensure accurate data management and prepare reports as requested.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements You should have College diploma in business preferred.

5years’ experience in customer service with ability to work independently Adept at using JD Edwards (E1) Proficiency with Microsoft excel to generate reports, use formulas Ability to produce detail oriented work Ability to quickly problem solve and find solutions that serve the customer and the business.
