Travelling Site Supervisor throughout Canada

Flat Iron is a Toronto-based construction management firm specializing in commercial interiors for the nation’s top brands and emerging new businesses.

We are currently seeking a full-time Travelling Site Supervisor to join our team, who is willing to travel to different cities and provinces throughout Canada.

This is a site-based position with projects typically lasting from 4 to 8 months.

The duties and responsibilities would include managing all aspects of a project, from planning and acquisition of material and equipment to managing trades and schedules, quality control, and safety.

This would include making sure that different trades involved in the project are working together effectively, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals of assigned projects are achieved and completed.

Lodging and meal per diems are provided along with reasonable travel provisions.

Training would take place at our head office in Toronto.

The successful candidate does not have to reside in Toronto.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Site Manager and extensive experience with interior workplace construction (workplace and/or healthcare).
