Wyndham Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our Saint John Corporate Office.

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, you will provide guidance on solutions and strategies to navigate attendance management and employee relations.You will develop strong and effective partnerships with our Operations and Support teams and our Team Members with an objective of creating a Count on Me experience.

As a Human Resources Generalist you will provide support to the Human Resources Managers, Senior Director of HR and the department by performing a full range of Human Resources duties and responsibilities and serving as a subject matter expert for attendance management, leave and disability management, accommodations, ergonomic/occupational assessments and workers’ compensation management.

You will take pride in positive employee relations experiences, make advised decisions considering both team member and business needs and demonstrate sound knowledge of leave management and accommodations.Our ideal candidate will have three to five years of demonstrated progressive experience work within a Human Resources team, a University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related discipline.

A CPHR designation is considered an asset.

Your superior interpersonal and communications skills to nurture positive and supportive employee relations, proven experience managing leave management and medical accommodations, knowledge of HR best practices and creative approach to problem solving are all keys to your success as a Human Resources Generalist.As a strong team contributor, you have an ability to multi-task effectively in a business goal driven environment, are proficient with Microsoft products, have a high attention to detail and level of confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all oral and written communications and situations and have an innate ability to identify, initiate and bring forward process improvements.We look forward to meeting you !You will experience a commitment to your financial security, health, development and growth through comprehensive benefits, wellness and learning programs.
