Ensuring that the account meets and exceeds its sales targets by delivering innovative food offerings, promotional activity and great customer service. The chef manager will meet annual budget requirements through a high level of execution of company delivered programs and personal accountability. With a focus on team development, safety and client relations, the chef manager will be a leader with a hand on approach to doing businessDeliver excellence in food service and customer serviceDevelop innovative menus strategically for the locationDeliver company driven initiatives in service, food and safety at a high levelDevelop and build catering businessCoordinate and supervise personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labour, scheduling, staffing and trainingTrain and develop team for out standing customer serviceIdentify and develop talent within the teamEnsure that standards for sanitation and food safety are metMonitor financial operating results in order to achieve company and client objectivesEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting for all business sectorsMaintain records to comply with Aramark, and government standardsEnsure compliance with Marketing and Human Resources ProgramsEnsure adherence to Aramark’s policies and proceduresEnsure adherence to Aramark’s Health and Safety ProgramsMinimum two years managementexperience in a fast paced food service operationChef papers or very strongcooking capabilities requiredStrong communication &supervisory skillsGood knowledge of companypolicies & proceduresGood knowledge of corporatemarketing & promotional programsGood computer knowledge (MSWORD and Excel)Experience in menu costing,menu planning and food preparationServSafe training an assetHealth & SafetyCertification an assetDemonstrates strongfinancial/analytical abilitiesAccommodations for job applicants with disabilities are available upon request.
