Job Posting – Maison Tait House, Shediac NB

We are looking for part time kitchen staff for lunch and dinner service.

Responsibilities and Duties

The position we are looking to fill is a combination prep and line cook in our kitchen. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the right candidate will be responsible for such tasks as chopping, peeling, and washing food items that will later be used in dishes. Also using these prepped ingredients at a station that is assigned to them by the head chef. These stations include grill, sauces, salad and dessert areas.

Responsible for following proper food handling procedures as directed by the EC.

The employee must be reliable and responsible to report to work on time based on their shift.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates with commercial kitchen experience and/or restaurant experience.
